It is vital for the future of Biman that we focus on the needs of our customers. One of the most important was to do this is by actively seeking feedback from our customers, on how we can improve. In addition to our comment cards and other feedback, I am setting up a new email address, so that you can feedback to me any suggestions you may have on how Biman can improve its products and services. I will have one staff reporting directly to me who will collect and collate such feedback for me. I can't promise to answer all emails but I will be reading your comments and suggestions, and I will be taking action to improve Biman, in light off your comments and suggestions.
