If you buy your ticket from website, the relevant conditions will be printed on your ticket, otherwise you need to get detail information / conditions from your ticket issuing office at the time of ticket purchased / issuance. The conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Notes:
- 1. For Refund of totally unutilized tickets, charges will apply on pricing unit (Per ticket).
- 2. In case the BASE FARE is lower than the Cancellation/Refund Charge, BASE FARE will be forfeited, only Tax amount will be refunded.
- 3. Henceforth on the Domestic sector:
- -For both Economy and Business Class tickets same policy will apply.
- -The above Policy will also apply irrespective of all Fare Classes and RBDs.
- 4. The revised Policy for Change Fee and Refund/Cancellation Charge will be applicable for ticket issued on or after 01APR2020 regardless of commencement of journey.
